Andrei Romanescu is the Managing Director of Veeam in Romania and is passionate about mentoring ambitious individuals and teams at all levels to get ahead of the game in the areas of Strategy, Execution, and Leadership.

Andrei has explored industries like Telecom, Business Process Outsourcing, Shared Services, and IT over the last 26 years, undertaking various roles in Customer Service, Marketing, Finance and Operations Management.

A curious mind, at the age of 23 he was already leading a team of 150 in Romania, and at 26 he experienced a leadership role in Canada. Four years later, he took on a Vice President position in a multinational corporation, and later became the Managing Director for Hewlett-Packard Global Business Center at the age of 33, being the first Romanian to lead a team of more than 3500.

Andrei is a driven individual while his experience, mindset and approach made him a sought-after resource for think tanks and association boards. Andrei became a Certified Management Consultant for demonstrating outstanding management skills.
