With a career spanning nearly 30 years, Codruț Nicolau has held key leadership roles on executive and supervisory boards of banks and multinational corporations, including serving as CEO.
His entrepreneurial vision led him to establish Sustain Future, a company dedicated to delivering training for senior management and ESG teams, providing strategic guidance to investors and businesses on embedding sustainability into their core strategies, and raising public awareness about the urgent need for a sustainable business framework in the evolving economy.
Only in 2024, about 1,800 General Managers, Financial Managers, representative of Banks and Insurance Companies participated to Sustain Future trainings, workshops and presentations.
