Colin Lovering, a British National living in Romania for 12 years, has had a successful, International career in Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, Sales Management, Board Membership, Global Training, and Business Performance Consultancy.

With aspirations for a creative career, Colin graduated in Graphic Design at Hereford College of Art & Design and quickly found himself in the packaging design world working with leading High Street brands such as Marks & Spencer, WH Smith, and many more.

His impressive track record included many years in front-line sales where he quickly established himself as a champion in the industry picking up 2 European awards for sales excellence.

In 2011 he set up a business performance consultancy in Romania supporting large and small organisations in Inspirational Leadership, Business Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Change Management, KPI Performance, etc.

The organizations that Colin has worked with include HP, Accenture, OMV Petrom, KPMG, BMW, Renault, Oracle, Dacia, Oracle, DHL, Deloitte, Heidi Chocolates, Hunt Oil and CBRE

In 2022 Colin wrote his first book “A Day in the Life of Exceptional Sales Professionals” and, in July published his second book ‘The Psychological Advantage’ – An insight into the power of psychology in business and management. His third book, ‘The Art of Business Adaptability’ has recently been published.
