Magor is one of the foremost experts on understanding how organizations work and how leaders can influence people’s behavior. From 2004 to 2006, he taught at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj. He represented Romania in the country’s first legislature in the European Parliament between 2007 and 2009. He led the WWF environmental organization in Romania and South Korea for nearly 8 years. Since 2018, he has focused exclusively on understanding organizational culture and leadership, accepting an invitation to join Trend Consult Group. Recently, he co-authored the book “The Battles That Matter” with Radu Petrescu.
